Fried dumplings
Overview
Fried dumplings were fried on January 19, 2020. At that time, Wuhan people who didn’t know anything about it, every household happily bought new year’s goods as usual. No one knew such a big disaster would happen.

I melted the sugar in warm water.

Crack in an egg and mix well.

Pour in the flour and black sesame seeds (mix the flour and baking soda in advance)

Form a stiffer dough.

Cover the basin and let it rise for about ten minutes.

Flatten the dough.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a large piece, I like it thinner.

Roll the rolled out dough onto the rolling pin.

Use a knife to cut through the middle.

Then cut into the size you want.

Stack multiple small dough sheets and fold them in half and make three vertical cuts (as shown in the picture)

Pass it through the small opening in the middle and flip it over

Put one down first to test the oil temperature.

Use chopsticks or a spatula to turn it over so it is evenly heated.

Fish out.

Drain the oil.
