Fried noodles with bean sprouts

Wash the bean sprouts, soak in salt water for about 10 minutes and drain.

Shred king oyster mushrooms, carrots, and beef and set aside.

Chop onions and garlic and set aside.

When the pot is warm, add the beef and stir-fry. Add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and remove the meat after it changes color.

Add a little oil to the pot and sauté the pepper until fragrant.

Remove the peppercorns with a spatula, add mushroom sauce and tomato sauce and stir-fry the red oil. Be sure to use low heat to avoid burning.

Add bean sprouts and carrot shreds and continue stir-frying.

Add shredded king oyster mushrooms.

Cook the noodles in another pot. After the pot boils, add the noodles and bring to a boil again. Drain the noodles into cold water and set aside.

Add light soy sauce, aged vinegar and a little five-spice powder to the chopped onion and garlic, and cook the bowl of sauce like a wok dish.

Drain the noodles and add them to the wok along with the shredded beef.

Add a small amount of salt according to your taste and stir-fry evenly.
