Rainbow cake
Overview
There is a rainbow in everyone's heart. Let us no longer be afraid of the darkness of the night and the danger of the wind; let us be full of hope for tomorrow even if we are stuck in the mud and encounter violent storms. There will be a rainbow in the sky after the rain. Even if there is no rainbow in the sky, the rainbow in our hearts will never fall. It will always be bright in a corner of our hearts. Last night I turned the air conditioner to the lowest setting at home. After working all night, the result still didn't work. The butter flower collapsed within a few minutes even in an air-conditioned room. After tossing it all night, simply decorate it with mu beans and put it in the refrigerator. When I opened the refrigerator this morning, my heart broke. The m-beans on the side melted, leaving a painted face, just like the traces of my sad tears. The pastries you make are as precious as your own children. Even if they are ugly, they are still here to leave a picture. I'll try making cheese frosting next time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Material preparation.
-
Separate the eggs into two clean, water-free and oil-free bowls.
-
Beat until the color becomes light and the sugar melts.
-
Sift in the flour and mix well.
-
Add egg yolks in portions and mix well.
-
Divide the mixed egg yolk batter evenly into 5 bowls, add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl, and mix evenly.
-
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites. (A 45-liter oven can bake 5 cakes at one time. My oven is only 34 liters. I can only bake it in two times. I am afraid of defoaming and whipping the egg whites in two times.)
-
Beat until fish-eye shape, add fine sugar in three batches and beat until almost dry foam.
-
Take a small spoonful of egg white foam and mix it evenly into the egg yolk batter.
-
Then divide the egg white foam into three parts, mix each into the mixed 3-color egg yolk paste, mix evenly, pour into the mold, shake a few times to eliminate large bubbles.
-
Place the mold into a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Add foil halfway through.
-
Bake the other 2 colored cakes and let them cool for later use.
-
Whip the light cream with powdered sugar.
-
Take a piece of cake and place it on the bottom layer.
-
Apply a layer of whipped cream.
-
Place another layer of cake and spread another layer of whipped cream until all the cake is gone. Spread the noodles and put on the mussels.
