Overview
There are different thicknesses of tofu skin, and there are different ways to eat them. This kind of thick tofu skin has a more distinct taste. It is very delicious when paired with crisp celery and carrots. It only needs a little salt, light soy sauce and chicken powder. Although it is a vegetarian dish, it is rich in taste and nutrition. I ate two bowls of rice with it at noon and it was enough. . . Hahaha
