【Hebei】Black beans boiled with soy sauce
Overview
The author of the original post of Japanese-style black beans boiled in sauce was based on a recipe passed down by a Japanese grandmother. I modified it a little bit to suit my taste. This is a very delicious sauce-flavored and sweet boiled black bean. The beans are soft, crispy and fragrant, and smell of sauce, giving you a slightly sweet feeling in your mouth. The rock sugar and soy sauce can be adjusted according to your own taste.
