Black beans and bitter melon cubes
Overview
Black bean and bitter melon cubes are cooked with cooked black beans and bitter melon. I only found one bitter melon at home, so I added another cucumber. In fact, there is no absolute fixed combination for home-cooked dishes, especially vegetables. As long as you master the cooking time of various ingredients, generally ingredients of the same texture can be cooked together.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: bitter melon, cooked black beans. Wash the bitter melon, remove the pulp and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add soybean paste. Stir-fry the soybean paste over low heat.

Add diced bitter melon. Stir fry over high heat.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Stir fry evenly.

Add cooked black beans.

After stir-frying, turn to high heat and reduce the juice.

Remove from pan and plate.
