Prepare the ingredients and cut the beef into small pieces.

Place beef cubes in a bowl, add salt, sugar, and black pepper.

Squeeze in lemon juice, stir evenly, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Peel the mango and cut into pieces. The mangoes I use are the harder varieties from the United States, which are better for cooking.

Heat a wok, add butter and heat until melted.

Add the beef cubes and stir-fry, not for too long, until the beef changes color.

Add mango and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the red wine and continue to stir-fry until the beef is cooked.
