Prepare pea starch, which is available in supermarkets. I bought it from a certain store

A bowl of pea starch

Add a bowl of water

Heat until small bubbles begin to form at the bottom of the pot

Stir while heating

Boil until completely boiled and thickened

Heat oil in a pan, add jelly and fry for a while, then set aside

Get a small bowl, add light soy sauce, oil, salt and chicken essence, add a little water and mix it
