Clean kale.

Cut into segments.

Slice the sausage, shred the ginger, and cut the pepper into rings.

Use starch and oyster sauce and add an appropriate amount of water to make a gravy and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and oil.

Add kale and blanch for 30 seconds, remove and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and fry until cooked.

Add ginger and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add kale.

Add a little salt and stir-fry until flavourful.
