Marinate the ribs in advance with light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and shredded ginger for about 20 minutes. Cut the corn, radish, and rice cakes and set aside.

Stir-fry the ribs in hot oil until fragrant.

Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, then add corn and radish and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of water, add the green onion knots, turn to the pressure cooker and cook over high heat until the gas is released. After 3 minutes, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
