I like to stew chicken soup. I chop off the chicken head and tail, peel off the skin, clean the internal organs, put ginger slices in water and stew it. We all know that it is very convenient to buy instant chicken in Guangzhou. We can ask the store to clean it for us and take it home. After stewing it, the soup was fragrant and delicious. This time I stewed it this way because the chicken was not fat, so I left the skin on and added more than ten pieces of ginger. I couldn't help but add two large flower mushrooms. There was less oil and the soup was very refreshing.
