Cut the cabbage into shreds, wash and drain.

Heat the oil pan, add chopped pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in shredded cabbage and stir-fry.

Add chicken essence, seasoning and stir-fry evenly (because chopped pepper is salty, I didn’t add any salt, it depends on personal taste).

Turn off the heat, pour in the white vinegar and stir-fry evenly before serving.
