Spicy and sour seabass
Overview
Our family has always eaten steamed seabass. Although it is healthier, no matter how delicious it is, we still want to try a different taste, so we created a spicy and sour seabass dish.

Steps
-
After the seabass is clean, cut the meat on both sides 2cm down along the spine (as shown in the picture), and apply a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
-
Rub the potato flour in water and drain.
-
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
-
Put the potato flour base on a plate, spread a few slices of ginger, place the sea bass on top, and pour the seasoning evenly over the sea bass.
-
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the seabass, maintain medium heat, and steam for about 8 minutes.
-
If you want it to taste better, you can burn a ladle of hot oil and pour it on the fish.
