Bean stew
Overview
I make this dish when I'm lazy. It has both meat and vegetable options. The beans absorb the fat and aroma from the meat, making it full of flavor

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and cut pork into pieces
-
Wash the beans and cut them into sections about one inch long
-
Heat the pot, add a little oil and heat until it is 50% hot, add ginger and fatty meat and stir-fry
-
When the fat meat is browned, add the lean meat and continue to stir-fry. After the water in the meat is dried, add rice wine and cook until fragrant, then add soy sauce and stir-fry
-
Pour the chopped cowpeas into the pot and stir-fry to allow the cowpeas to absorb the fat and aroma from the meat
-
Add water to the pot to be level with the vegetables, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer
-
When there is still a little soup in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly and it is ready to serve
