Place the purple sweet potato into the oven and bake at 200 degrees with a fan for 40 minutes

Peel the purple sweet potato and make purple sweet potato puree, let cool and set aside;

Pour all the ingredients except butter into a mixing bowl and mix until the surface is smooth;
