Boiled Shrimp
Overview
It’s the shrimp season again. They are plump and tender. I prefer steamed or boiled fresh shrimps for their original flavor.

Clean the shrimp crawlers with a brush.

Put enough water in the pot, add ginger slices and a little cooking wine, and when the water boils, add the shrimp.

When the water boils again, cook until the shrimps change color and are cooked through.

When eating shrimps in our family, we use scissors to cut off both sides of the shrimps, and then lift up the skin from the penultimate section of the tail. The complete shrimp meat is peeled out. It is usually eaten with vinegar or eaten directly.
