Place butter in a non-stick pan and simmer until melted.

Pour in marshmallows.

Stir-fry over low heat until all the marshmallows melt.

Pour in the milk powder and continue to stir-fry until the milk powder and marshmallows are fully mixed and melted.

Pour in the fried and purple-coated peanuts.

Add chopped dried cranberries.

Set the induction cooker to keep warm, continue to stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat.

Pour the stir-fried nougat into a non-stick baking pan.

While hot, use a scraper to shape into a rectangular shape.

After cooling, cut into small pieces with a knife.
