Wash the fresh shrimps and remove the devein

Use scissors to cut the back of the shrimp, then slowly peel off the skin

Peel the loofah and cut into cubes for later use

Add boiling water and bring to a boil, cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add fried shrimps, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste
