Although it is already the beginning of autumn, it is still too hot for people to eat. In order to let the family eat more rice, today I specially made this list of three vegetarian dishes: fried onions and beans. Because I have an 84-year-old father at home, I specially blanch the beans in boiling water before frying them. This will make the beans more tender and easier for the elderly to eat.
