  1. Soak shiitake mushrooms, cloud fungus, and cordyceps flowers thoroughly, and cut cabbage, coriander, ginger, etc.

  2. Heat a pan, sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while

  3. Add appropriate amount of water and seasonings (except sesame oil and soy sauce) and cook the mushrooms over low heat for about 40 minutes
