Sweet Potato Cheese Balls

Steam and peel the sweet potatoes, add glutinous rice flour and crush them into sweet potato puree. If you feel the sweet potatoes are not sweet enough, you can add an appropriate amount of sugar or honey.

Knead into a ball. If it is too dry, add appropriate amount of milk or water. I didn't add it, I thought it was just right and the dough shouldn't be too soft.

Divide the dough into 25g pieces

Take one of the pieces and wrap it with some grated cheese or any filling you like. Wrap well and roll into round shape

Dip in an appropriate amount of corn flakes, try to dip as much as possible and evenly

Finish all the dough

Put oil in the pot and heat

Fry the sweet potato balls until the surface is golden brown

It tastes great when dipped in ketchup
