Overview
I went home early today at noon and was thinking about what to eat. I happened to have a pack of spicy cabbage instant noodles at home, so let’s have a nutritious and healthy hot noodle soup.

Wash the spinach and set aside.

Peel the carrot and use a knife to cut off small strips evenly around it to resemble a flower.

Cut the carrots into thin slices.

Add a little oil to the pan and cut the carrots until both sides are golden brown.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the spinach.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the instant noodles, remove the grease, and take them out.

Add an egg and cook over low heat until it becomes a poached egg.

Pour off the water, boil some water again, and add the spicy cabbage instant noodles packet.

Add instant noodles with grease removed and cook.

Pour into a bowl and add spinach, eggs, and carrots.
