Overview
Rice made from Thai fragrant rice has a pleasant aroma, crystal-clear grains, soft and smooth texture, and is easy to digest. The young master at home has not had a good appetite recently. Today I went to buy fat beef and eat it with fragrant rice. It tasted very good. The young master ate a big bowl at once.

Wash the fragrant rice and soak it for half an hour;

Pour the fragrant rice into the casserole, add water, the ratio of fragrant rice to water is 1:1.2~1.5;

Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat until the rice becomes soft and the water is absorbed, then the rice is ready;

Shred onions and prepare fatty beef;

Put the fat beef into hot water, blanch it, and take out the beef;

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until fragrant, until onions become soft;

Add beef and stir-fry for a few times;

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper and a little sugar, stir-fry until the flavors are infused, and serve. Don’t let it be too fragrant when paired with Thai fragrant rice~
