Italian passion----Assorted lace pizza
Overview
Pizza is also a relatively easy Western dessert in baking. As long as you have mastered the basic dough making experience, it should be said that everyone can make it successfully. Put your favorite ingredients and sprinkle with rich cheese. It's hard to think whether it tastes good or not. Today’s assorted lace pizza has slightly changed the style, but it gave us a big surprise in the end!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare flour, add salt and sugar and mix well.
-
Knead the dough until the surface is smooth and soft.
-
Then add butter and knead until it expands (it may be difficult to knead at the beginning, it doesn’t matter, until the butter is completely absorbed in the end.)
-
After kneading the dough until it is smooth, place it in a basin and cover it with plastic wrap for the first fermentation. The temperature is relatively low in winter, so I put it next to the heater and fermented it for about 2 hours.
-
Use the fermentation time of the dough to prepare the filling.
-
Cut mozzarella cheese into thin strips.
-
When the dough has fermented to 1.5--2 times in size, dip your fingers in dry flour and insert them into the dough. If the holes do not shrink back immediately, it is a basic fermented dough.
-
After the mixed dough has fermented until doubled in size, deflate the dough and roll it into a round shape, then cut off one third to make lace.
-
Knead two-thirds of the dough into a smooth dough, sprinkle with dry flour, and roll into a round cake with a rolling pin.
-
Grease a pizza pan with a thin layer of olive oil or butter.
-
Place dough into pizza pan.
-
Knead the remaining one-third of the dough into a smooth dough, roll it into a rectangular pancake, and put the sausage on it.
-
Roll up slowly and use a knife to cut the sausage roll into sections of about 3 cm.
-
Dip the bottom of the sausage segments in water and place around the pizza pan.
-
For secondary fermentation, you can place it in the oven at a temperature of about 38 degrees and let it rest for 30 minutes.
-
Use a fork to poke some holes in the cake base to prevent the bottom of the cake from swelling when heated.
-
Spread a layer of tomato sauce or pizza sauce in the middle of the dough and spread evenly.
-
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by some black pepper.
-
Then lay out the straw mushroom slices
-
Onion rings
-
Finally sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
-
Put the cake base into a preheated oven of 220 degrees, 200 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, for 15 minutes. Adjust the temperature according to your own oven.
-
Bake for 15 minutes, take it out, add the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for 6-7 minutes until melted.
