Cold wolfberry head
Overview
I went on an outing in the countryside on the weekend and had close contact with nature. Not only did I sigh, the air in the countryside is so good, especially when I walked on the country roads, there were wild vegetables everywhere. My favorite thing is wolfberry heads. The elders say that eating wolfberry heads in spring can clear away heat and eliminate poison, so my husband and I picked some and ate them in the cold that night
