Cabbage mixed with dried tofu
Overview
When winter comes, Chinese cabbage is indispensable on the dining table in the north. It is delicious no matter how you cook it, stir-fry, stew, roast or mix it. When I got home from overtime work, it was almost time for my children to get out of school. I couldn't make anything complicated in time, so I just mixed some dried tofu and added cabbage. It was well received. (
