Overview

Eleven times I went to my mother-in-law's house in the countryside. My mother-in-law made this radish stew. After I finished eating it, I felt that it was the most delicious of the same dish I had ever eaten. I asked my mother-in-law how to make it. She said that after cutting the radish meat, put it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. After I got home, I cooked it in a casserole for 40 minutes, adding nothing except salt and chives. It was really delicious!
