Who says you can’t eat spicy hotpot at home? Who said it’s hard to master the scale of cooking alone? This dish is basically a quick and easy dish, a must-have for novices, and requires no mistakes.

Slice pork, marinate in ➕oil➕light soy sauce➕cornstarch.

While the pork is marinating, prepare other ingredients. Slice potatoes.

Prepare ingredients: Prepare whatever you like to eat.

Boil water, add a few drops of oil, cook all the vegetables and set aside.

Reheat the pan, add some minced garlic, and fry the pork until 6-7 done. Spare.
