Chive Jade Meatballs
Overview
Last time I used a meat breaker to make the minced meat very fine, so I wanted to make my own meatballs. So I started preparing again. I happened to have a small handful of unused leeks at home, so I smashed them together and made green meatballs. Seeing that the finished product was green meatballs, I felt better;

Prepare the required materials

Cut the pork into small pieces and put it into a meat breaker to make a puree. Take it out and set aside

Also cut the leeks into small pieces

Put the leeks into the food processor, add a little water and puree the leeks

Mix the minced meat and chives into a green minced meat

Then add chopped green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, eggs, and cornstarch

Stir clockwise until smooth, and stir more until gluten forms (it is best to put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to absorb the flavor)

Bring the water in the pot to a boil and then adjust it to a non-boiling state. Grab a handful of minced meat with your hands and squeeze it out along the tiger's mouth

Then dig it out with a spoon and put it into clean water. Boil until raw. Add salt to taste before serving.
