Oreo Purple Sweet Potato Puffs
Overview
Our baby likes to eat Oreos and puffs. She asked me that day if she could eat Oreos and puffs together. I told her to let her try it. Unexpectedly, it was a success the first time. The taste was pretty good and the baby was very happy to eat it!

Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Process the Oreos first, separate the Oreos from the filling, put the Oreo cookies into a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin or a food processor
-
Put the milk and butter into a container and heat it on an induction cooker until melted and slightly boiled
-
Add 45 grams of cake flour and 45 grams of crushed Oreos, stir quickly and mix well, then turn off the heat
-
When it is still not hot, add an egg
-
Mix evenly. If it is too thick, you can add a little more egg liquid. The egg I used is larger
-
Put into piping bag
-
Cut a small opening in the piping bag, squeeze into puffs of appropriate size, preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put the puffs in and bake for about 30 minutes
-
Add appropriate amount of milk and sugar to the steamed purple sweet potato, and use a food processor to make purple sweet potato puree
-
Melt Oreo sandwich in water
-
After the puffs are baked, let them cool and poke a small hole in the bottom
-
Put the purple sweet potato puree into a piping bag and squeeze into puffs to make a filling. Dip it into the bowl with Oreo filling and take it out
-
Sprinkle some crushed Oreos on top for decoration
