Green Bean Stew

Overview

In my husband’s hometown, every household loves to eat pots. When I first came here, I was very depressed when I went out to eat. There was no cooking, but many pots. Gradually, I also liked it. Mainly meat and dried vegetables, or meat and pickled meat. Dishes, like during the Mid-Autumn Festival, every household will stew chicken with chestnuts, stew chicken with ginkgo nuts, and beef with pickled vegetables during the Chinese New Year. I will gradually learn them all. I have been lucky recently. I killed a pig in the village and bought a few kilograms of authentic black pork. It is delicious whether I cook it or not.

  1. Cook the pork first to remove the oil

  2. Soak the dried green beans one day in advance

  3. Put oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, add dried red pepper, add beans, add some water and simmer for a while

  4. Pour the fried beans into the casserole

  5. Pour the cooked meat on top, bring to a simmer over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes

  6. Just sprinkle with coriander before serving
