Truffle Chocolate Mooncake
Overview
With the arrival of mooncake season, time seems to be tense all of a sudden. All the mooncakes swarmed up, some of which made people feel at a loss what to do. Where to start? There seem to be too many common varieties already made, so why not start with the unusual? Chocolate truffle mooncakes are just chocolate made in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and are just called mooncakes. However, chocolate is chocolate, and it’s better to have smaller pieces. Even the 25g size of the mini mooncake seems a bit too big for the chocolate.

Chopped chocolate

Cut the butter into small cubes and let it soften at room temperature

Pour the light cream into the pot

Bring to a boil, remove from heat

Add rum and mix well

Pour into a silicone mold, cover the surface with plastic wrap, and freeze in the refrigerator until completely solidified
