First slice the pork belly, add oil, salt, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, mix well and marinate the pork

Cut the radish into thin pieces and set aside

In a wok, heat oil and sauté chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant, add marinated pork belly and sauce and stir-fry
