  1. Let the butter sit at room temperature until softened.

  2. Add sugar and vanilla extract.

  4. Take another bowl and mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder evenly.

  5. Add butter to flour mixture.

  6. Knead for a while, knead the flour into a uniform dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  7. Take out the dough, flatten it, place it between two pieces of baking paper, and roll it into a thin sheet of about 0.3 cm.

  8. Tear off the baking paper on top and cut out cookie dough using a mold.

  9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes.

  10. After cooling, squeeze the filling in the middle. I still prefer it without filling, so I just used ready-made frosting sugar to fill a few pieces.
