Heat oil in a pot, add squid and dried shrimps, stir-fry, add two tablespoons of soy sauce, put the fried squid and dried shrimps on a plate and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the bottom of the pot where the squid and shrimps have been fried. After the water boils, continue to heat and add the small dough. You do not need to knead the small dough in advance. You can directly knead it and put it into the boiling water.
