Soak dried fungus for later use

Cut the lean meat into thin slices and marinate with cooking wine, salt, egg white, and starch.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, slide the meat. Put the marinated meat slices into the water one by one. Remove them when cooked and set aside. Blanch the soaked fungus in boiling water and soak it in cold water for later use.

Slice the cucumber, smash the garlic, and beat the eggs until ready.

Pour peanut oil into the wok, fry the eggs first and take them out.

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the cucumber, fungus and pork and stir-fry, add salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
