Steps
-
Fry the bacon in a pan and fry the eggs. Fry the pumpkin pieces and mash them with a spoon and mix in a small amount of salad dressing
-
First put the fried egg on the plate, then shape a portion of the pumpkin puree into a ball and cover it with the egg yolk
-
Fill the remaining pumpkin puree into a piping bag, and squeeze out two symmetrical lines of pumpkin puree on the front and bottom of the pumpkin ball to represent Lazy Egg’s hands when lying down
-
Use a table knife to flatten the left and right sides of the pumpkin ball, and then use the back of the knife to make a mark on the back of the pumpkin ball to represent the lazy butt.
-
Squeeze out two more pieces of pumpkin puree behind the pumpkin ball to represent Lazy Egg’s legs
-
Use a cat's claw embossing tool to press out the shapes of eyes and mouth from the seaweed (you can also use scissors to cut them out if you don't have an embossing tool)
-
Use toothpicks to attach the eyes and mouth made of seaweed to the pumpkin puree, then fill the middle of the mouth with salad dressing. Finally, cover the pumpkin puree with bacon. Use a table knife to scoop up the fried egg from the bottom, and spread the whole lazy egg on the rice
