Cut the pork belly into long strips half a finger thick, coat in flour, heat the pan and add oil, fry the pork belly until slightly golden, take it out, control the oil and set aside

Put sugar in the pot, boil the sugar water with a small amount of water until it becomes thick, then add the fried pork belly, turn off the heat and keep stirring in the pot until the meat is covered with frost
