Spicy braised gluten
Overview
Gluten is a special protein food obtained by kneading flour in water to remove the slurry. It can be divided into three types: water gluten, fried gluten and baked gluten. Stir-fried water gluten goes very well with rice. This time I changed the method and started stewing carrots in a stewed soup, which is very good for stewing gluten.
