Weigh the fish gelatin powder and white sugar

Add 200ml water, mix well and bring to boil

Take out the mango pulp, add milk and blend into puree

Pour the light cream and mango puree into the boiled isinglass powder and sugar water and mix well

Remove big bubbles and pour into container

Cut out the remaining scraps of the mango and place the pulp on top

Place it in the refrigerator for two hours to solidify
