Steps

1. 1 Weigh the fish gelatin powder and white sugar

   

2. 2 Add 200ml water, mix well and bring to boil

   

3. 3 Take out the mango pulp, add milk and blend into puree

   

4. 4 Pour the light cream and mango puree into the boiled isinglass powder and sugar water and mix well

   

5. 5 Remove big bubbles and pour into container

   

6. 6 Cut out the remaining scraps of the mango and place the pulp on top

   

7. 7 Place it in the refrigerator for two hours to solidify
