Overview
When I saw glutinous rice flour in the supermarket, I suddenly remembered that the old pumpkin at home had not gone anywhere yet, so I thought about it and made a pumpkin pie!

Steamed pumpkin slices

Prepare glutinous rice flour

Mash the pumpkin with a spoon.

Add the mashed pumpkin puree to the glutinous rice flour and stir to combine.

Finally, knead it with your hands. If you like it sweet, you can add some sugar, or you can leave it alone. The pumpkin itself has a sweet taste.

Finally knead into a smooth dough.

Sprinkle a little glutinous rice flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking, and place the dough on it.

Mash some more pumpkin puree for filling. (It’s also delicious without filling)

Knead into long strips (glutinous rice flour is not very glutenous, you can flatten the noodles when kneading into strips.)

Cut into small rectangles with a knife.

Knead into small balls

Press a small hole

Put some stuffing

Close the mouth and press it flat (this step is very difficult, so it is best not to add stuffing)

Dip both sides with sesame seeds

Do it in sequence

Preheat electric baking pan
