Hot and sour noodles
Overview
The nutritional value of sweet potato flour is higher than that of ordinary flour, and it tastes better. However, because there are too many fake sweet potato flours sold on the market, it is daunting. The sweet potato flour I used today is made from sweet potatoes grown by my friend’s family. It has zero additives and is not as chewy as the ones sold in the market, but it is very delicious. A steaming bowl of hot and sour noodles in winter brings happiness to the table.
