Prepare the usual ingredients for making seaweed soup and rice cakes that can be eaten (since there was no cabbage today, I found seaweed and wanted to try it)

Pour a small amount of oil (when cooking, you can put less oil), pour in an appropriate amount of water (the kind that can just submerge the rice cakes), add the rice cakes, and cook for half a minute to a minute (don't cook for too long, otherwise it will become soft)
