Prepare chicken breast

Wash and dice the chicken breast

Add the diced chicken to the cooking wine, black pepper, light soy sauce and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

Dice wild rice and carrots and set aside

Mix balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, cornstarch and water to make a sauce

Add cold oil in a cold pan and saute peanuts until fragrant, remove and cool; leave oil in a wok, add chili, ginger slices and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add the marinated diced chicken and stir-fry quickly, cut off the chicken and set aside for later use

Add wild rice and diced carrots to the wok and stir-fry
