Braised fish with soy sauce
Overview
Gayu is the name of Tianjin. Its scientific name is yellow catfish, also called yellow spicy ding, and yellow duck. The meat is tender and delicious, without any small thorns. What I’m making today is stewed in sauce, which has a rich flavor. I used sweet noodle sauce and bean paste, which is full of sauce flavor.

Have onions, ginger and garlic ready.
