Simple Bread
Overview
The bread looks hard to handle, but it still tastes good. Since I am in the countryside now, many ingredients for making bread are not available, so I started using simple ingredients.

Prepare the required materials above

Pour all the above-mentioned materials required except oil and sesame seeds into the basin one by one. In addition, melt the yeast with warm water and pour it into the center of the flour. If you don’t have a bread machine, you can only knead it by hand. The dough should be thin beforehand, so don't rush to add dry flour. During the kneading process, when it slowly forms a ball, pour in cooking oil and continue kneading. After continuous kneading, the dough will be dry. Just knead it until some film forms. Mine wasn't kneaded that well. Then give it time to wait for fermentation, until it ferments to about twice its previous size. Just take it out and wait for a few minutes.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, let it rest for a few minutes, and then knead it into the shape you want. Then brush with cooking oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Heat the microwave up and down, 185 degrees, for about 12 minutes.
