Slice the pig pancreas and liver into slices. Slice half of the lean meat and mince half. Onion, ginger and celery are minced.

After the rice porridge is cooked, add minced ginger, pork pancreas, pork liver, and lean meat slices. Boil until white. Add some water to the minced lean meat, mix well, and add in. Finally, add chopped green onions and celery (stir constantly during the addition process to prevent them from sticking to the bottom) and season with some salt after 1 minute.
