Overview
Sweet potatoes are usually steamed and eaten. Since I got an oven, I often bake them. But today I don't steam or bake them. Instead, I put them in the rice. This increases the taste and appetite of the rice and makes the children love to eat more. Using the Zhenmi desugar rice cooker to make sweet potato rice can reduce the sugar content and allow you to eat without burden.
