Wash and cut the ribs into cubes and marinate them with salt, oil and cornstarch. Soak the mushrooms in advance and wash them. Slice the ginger and cut the garlic into sections for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add marinated spareribs to the oil, drain and set aside.
