  1. Prepare materials

  2. Blanch the chicken in boiling water, drain and set aside

  3. Heat a pan, add oil, ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry, add chicken pieces and onion and stir-fry over high heat

  4. When the chicken skin turns yellow, add soy sauce and beer. I pour them in at a time, probably only 2 taels each (see picture)

  5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for twenty-five minutes, stir-fry over high heat for one minute and serve
